	Microtiter wells were coated with BDAM1114 at 3 µg/mL as the capture antibody. Synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 1-40 of human beta amyloid was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human beta amyloid 1-40 monoclonal antibody was used as the detection antibody. Result: BDAM1114 and anti-human beta amyloid 1-40 monoclonal antibody can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of human beta amyloid 1-40.
