Microtiter wells were coated with BDAM0293 at 3.0 µg/mL as the capture antibody. FTH1 was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human FTH1 monoclonal antibody (BDAM1510) was used as the detection antibody. Result: BDAM1510 and BDAM0293 can be used as a matched antibody pair to detect and quantify the concentration of FTH1 .
