Microtiter wells were coated with BDAM0166 at 3.0 µg/mL as the capture antibody. CCL2 (Cat. BA00640) was used as the antigen. Peroxidase conjugated mouse anti-human CCL2 monoclonal antibody (BDAM1595) was used as the detection antibody.
